We use the ingredients from local's here in Yoshino.

Yoshino climate makes azuki bean and soy bean good quality. We are particular about the local beans and are under contract to a farmer who grows the best ones.

Every early morning, we make bean jam from azuki bean. Big-sized soy beans are used to make Kinako, soy bean flour, taking many hours.

60 years experienced process

Kusa-mochi is made from rice which we grow by ourself. Our traditional process has a long history which is handed down from an farmer.

Soy beans are roasted on low heat for many hours, then Kinako is made from them. Every single process is the accumulation of sixty-year-experience.

We are the first café serving tea and Kuzumochi in Yoshino-yama. The first owner was the mother of the present one. Please take a look at a picture of her in the café which a guest took at the famous festival in Yoshino.
